Damage to Office Space of Warehouse

This hallway is from a Warehouse in our area that controls the distribution of products to multiple franchise stores. When our client reached out to us, we could tell that they were in trouble and really needed our help. They had a line bust that pumped wastewater from the maintenance room, up through the ceiling into the sewer system. The wastewater that came out of the pipe contained many potential contaminants, and being a commercial facility, sanitation was a major concern for our client. As you can imagine this made for quite a mess and needed addressed immediately. After their contractor had removed the affected materials, we were then able to quickly and efficiently dry the remaining structure. After the drying was complete we then treated the affected area with an antimicrobial agent, and wiped down all remaining material that was affected, including the ceiling grid.
