Commercial HVAC vent wipe down

These photos were taken in a commercial facilities hallway that SERVPRO of Orangeburg was called out to inspect. The job ultimately required us to do a lot of cleaning and wiping with a antimicrobial solution. Our commercial contact was trying to figure out where the issue was arising. Ultimately the HVAC system was found to be the issue, as it was allowing too much humidity into the structure. Thus, we were required to do a wipe down of anything affected due the high humidity in the building. Ultimately the customer was very pleased with our services and that the job did get done in a timely manner.
