Flooded College Dorm In Orangeburg, SC

This water damage was caused by a busted pipe on the second floor of a local college's dorm. Since it was on the second floor, both the first and second floor were heavily affected. We were able to extract the majority of the water quickly upon arrival. Then we set up fans and dehumidifiers to continue drying out all surfaces. We monitored the machine readings daily, and were able to pull the machines once every surface was reading dry.
