Before/After of Stairwell after severe water damage

When a pipe burst at a local college, the damage was extensive and included two floors. The leak started in the ceiling on the second floor and affected the majority of the first and second floors. The ceiling tiles were filled with water and falling, which added to the damage. SERVPRO of Orangeburg  was contacted to mitigate this massive water leak. 

We started by extracting all of the water. Once that step was complete, we set drying equipment including dehumidifiers, blowers, and axial fans. It took a few days to get dry readings, but once we did we started the cleaning process. 

This is an example of the cleaning that included steam cleaning the floors and cleaning the carpets. They were thrilled with the process and the quick response.
